AT&P Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing a novel peptide-based targeted cancer therapeutic platform. The lead candidate, ATAP-M8, is designed to selectively home to tumors, penetrate the tumor microenvironment, and induce mitochondrial apoptosis in cancer cells while minimizing toxicity to normal tissues. 

ATAP-M8 combines:

• Tumor-targeting and tumor-penetrating peptide technology
• A proprietary apoptosis-inducing payload that acts through the mitochondrial pathway
• Selective delivery intended to enhance antitumor efficacy while limiting systemic toxicity

This mechanism is differentiated from conventional chemotherapy, kinase inhibitors, immune checkpoint inhibitors, and antibody-drug conjugates.

• Demonstrated significant antitumor activity across multiple human xenograft models.
• Additional efficacy observed in colorectal, gastric, prostate, and breast cancer models.
• Favorable toxicology profile supporting clinical development.

ATAP-M8 is currently being evaluated in an ongoing Phase I dose-escalation study in patients with advanced solid tumors in China.

Current status:

• Four dose levels have been evaluated.
• Dose escalation is ongoing.
• No dose-limiting toxicities have been observed to date.
• Preliminary observations suggest encouraging antitumor activity in selected patients.
• Final dose-escalation results and recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) are anticipated by end of 2026.
